We are at an exciting position in our company’s development with a focus on a stronger business development and culture to drive organisational growth. The Marketing Manager role is a new post which is a key part of Generator’s future ambition.
We have recently undertaken a major marketing review (delivered by Horizonworks) which has provided a critical analysis of our current position and a clear framework and strategy to significantly transform our approach to marketing including commissioning a new website, providing clarity on marketing messages and the tools required to achieve change. It will be the responsibility of the successful candidate to oversee the implementation of this strategy ensuring it has the maximum impact on achieving our growth ambitions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and innovative marketing professional to significantly drive change in our approach to marketing, communications and brand recognition. This will result in expanding the reach and diversity of our specialist development programmes and significantly increasing sales for our commercial products and services.
