B2b Sales Development Manager – IT & Telecoms – Sunderland – 80k OTE

Ethical telecommunication & IT providers CCS are looking for an experienced Sales Development manager to join a talented growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing clients and developing new business opportunities
  • Training and mentoring a team of BDM’s on pitching, closing and leveraging sales with strong relationship management
  • Contacting prospective clients and speaking with decision makers
  • Building a strong in-depth product knowledge
  • Account Management planning for other CCS product upsells
  • To ensure timely, accurate and appropriate reporting to your manager
  • Consistently achieving monthly targets

Qualities & Experience:

  • A proven track record in sales and working towards targets
  • Minimum 3 years relevant B2B sales experience in IT or telecoms
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Must have a strong commercial knowledge of the IT industry
  • Ability to build honest relationships quickly and effectively
  • Loyal and ethically driven with empathetic selling skills
  • Hard working, self-motivated and tenacious
  • A strong desire to strive for directorship level and to exceed earning potential
