North East software company Orchard Customer Management have rebranded as Orcuma.
Co-founder Richard Whittaker said: “The creation and concept of the name Orcuma represents what we do and how we deliver solutions. The name is unique, dynamic and tailored for our needs.
“The name and brand underlines a serious and professional delivery approach that is different to other offerings: from the analysis of existing processes to help identify current inefficiencies and recommending improvements, continuing through the entire software development and project management lifecycle.”
The company specialise in working with clients to create bespoke software to help them to deliver excellent customer management, with projects including the development of an internet-based CRM application for use at Durham County Council and custom integration into existing third-party applications to improve the flow of information, reduce user’s keystrokes and enforce a standard dataset for a corporate reporting strategy.
Fellow co-founder Paul Mitchell said: “Our ethos is that well-written, intuitive software solutions aligned to efficient business processes are fundamental to enabling excellent customer management throughout organisations.
“Recent successes have meant that the Orcuma Ltd is breaking into new internet based Social Media markets and bespoke software development opportunities. These opportunities sit alongside and complement our existing internet based CRM offering and the new Orcuma brand underpins this new strategic direction.”
To celebrate the rebrand, Orcuma Ltd are offering 15% off software development costs through July and August and prices for their hosted Orcuma CRM offering, currently start from £15 per month per user.
