An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Executive within a new and expanding software company.
Package: £40,000 - £50,000 basic (OTE £60-80,000) + car allowance & share options

A genuinely exciting opportunity has come about to join a new and rapidly expanding Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Web Marketing Software provider as their Sales Director, reporting directly to the Board and driving their sales strategy for the business and contributing toward a high sales growth. As Sales Director you will be responsible for obtaining Reseller/Partners for the 4th aspect LITE product. This product is aimed at website owners and typical resellers include:
Website Hosting Companies
Website Creation Tool Companies
Hosted Online Shop Providers
Larger IT Solutions Providers (such as IBM or Sage)
The resellers would initially be primarily UK based, but quickly expanding the focus internationally (we have also signed our first US Partner).
Your primary focus will be to personally seek out and acquire Reseller/Partners and negotiate reseller deals. The resellers will be expected to be able to sell large volumes of licenses for a percentage of each monthly subscription sale.
As well as the above, you will act the senior point of contact for all high level sales related activities, opportunities and escalations, and work closely with the telesales, marketing, development and support teams to ensure the continued development of the 4th aspect software in line with the needs of clients and new prospects alike. Working to define and drive new sales strategies, tactics and techniques, ensuring continued brand awareness. You will be responsible for helping to create an ROI sales approach that clearly identifies strategic, operational and financial returns for the Business. Reporting directly to Senior Management on all financial results achieved and providing relevant and timely management reports, including appraisal of target vs performance. Ultimately you will be responsible for delivering an annual sales strategy plan that demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the market, products, challenges, expectations and sets out opportunities for growth, and the anticipated sales returns for a 3 year period.
Experience & Knowledge Required:
We need an experienced software (preferably cloud based solutions) sales manager currently operating at a national or international level within an IT business and preferably with contacts in the above areas/markets. Other criteria to include:
Excellent track record of sales
Willing to travel
Ability to positively influence at an executive level
Positive, resilient and can-do attitude
Expert at strategic selling
Knowledge of Cloud Based Software and preferably SEO/Web Marketing would be highly sought after
4th aspect is a unique, innovative and very intuitive web based SEO and Web Marketing Software Suite that’s aimed at digital agencies and website owners.
The software helps get a website highly positioned in the search engines, resulting in more visitors, more enquiries and ultimately more sales.
The company has patents pending in the USA and UK for the truly unique link-building functionality of the software.
