- 31 new academic engagements;
- and continues to impact the growth and adoption of advanced digital technology.
What does Digital Catapult Centre NETV do?
We focus our work on existing regional strengths such as manufacturing. We work hard to enable start-ups and scale ups in the region to work with large organisations and corporates, by offering our knowledge and expertise. Above all, we aim to educate and inform both digital and non-digital companies on the value of adopting and incorporating emerging technologies.
Using our established and proven business challenge format, we work closely with our corporate clients to establish a realistic focus on existing challenges based on open innovation methods. We work in partnership to explore potential solutions and open up the challenges to the local SME community. By bridging the gap between the region’s biggest players and the thriving SME tech community, we can create a real impact in the adoption and growth of digital in the North East & Tees Valley.
Recently we have become focused on advocating ethical innovation, which ensures both our SME community and corporate clients are prepared so that they can get the most from working together – we present real challenges that bring about real opportunities.
