Based at Doxford Park, Sunderland you will be part of a technical team supporting UK and International clients. Work will include providing technical advice and support to internal and external clients, both onsite and remotely via secure VPN or over the telephone.

Java developer 

Enterprise Java Developer with skills and experience in large scale, high usage, clustered, online systems required. Must be comfortable in working in an Agile (Scrum) environment.   The candidate will be expected to contribute to the full Agile life cycle as part of the team, as well as analyse change requests, participate in risk assessment and associated project documentation where appropriate.

Test Analyst

Test Analyst required to join Scrum development team, helping script test plans, execute testing, and ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality. In addition, you will help contribute to the improvement of the test department procedures and working practices, such as creating manual test cases and automated test scripts. Qualification to ISEB Foundation level is desirable.

.Net developers (Multiple roles)

Server-side developer (C#)

Test Automation Engineer 

Responsible for developing automated test suites for a large-scale SaaS web application, using tools such as Selenium, FitNesse, TestComplete, or their equivalents. You will design and implement and support the automated testing frameworks and environments to support automated testing.

 Position requires a track record of automated testing in a large-scale Web environment, knowledge of Selenium RC, FitNesse, TestComplete, WaitN/Waitr or equivalent automation technologies, strong programming skills – ideally .NET or Java.  Familiarity with ASP.NET and C#, Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server and working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript / JQuery 

Sage 200 Support Consultant 

Working within the customer services team, you will provide technical support to 3rd party clients via telephone, email and remote access in the use of Sage products. Ideally, you will have a proven track record in a similar role with exceptional customer service skills and a thorough understanding of Sage 200 along with an understanding of accounting. In addition to dealing with customer queries you will also take a more proactive approach, involving problem analysis, investigation work, report writing and generally  contributing to continuous improvement within the team.

The SharePoint administration aspects of the role require proven experience in this area, however the IP telephony is a brand new system and therefore whilst previous IPT experience is preferred it is not essential. The attributes of being a quick learner in order to pick this up will however be essential. 

You need to be a pro-active SharePoint Administrator who lives and breathes their chosen career path as it is a stand-alone role that will require you to research the best solutions and know well ahead of time about new technologies coming to market that may assist you in your role or benefit the Client’s you are working for.

Responsibilities

 - Designing SharePoint environments for a variety of organisations 

- Provide end-user support internally and externally with Client’s

- Creation of solutions using ‘out of the box’ functionality 

- Customisations utilising SharePoint designer and InfoPath.
