DXC Graduate Scheme Streams:
Consulting – The DXC graduate programme will assist graduates in learning the skills to engage and advise clients on business transformation. Gaining valuable experience to become a well-rounded and capable consultant, delivering effective, insightful business advice.
Project Management – Offers understanding of project management life cycles, methodologies and processes and how to put them into practice for clients. Allowing for work on a variety of PMO and Project Manager Roles across the business, management opportunities on innovative projects and the chance to make a significant impact on project delivery.
Healthcare & Life Sciences – A chance to gain valuable exposure by delivering ground breaking high-level projects in the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry. This track also offers opportunities to work on different assignments, ranging from product management to service delivery and transition management, direct with clients.
Digital Design & Transformation – This stream gives graduates the ability and knowledge to shape business and technical solutions. The chance to lead clients through digital transformation, providing innovative next-gen technology solutions and services through the modernising of their business processes, applications and infrastructure.
Delivery Excellence – Develop the skills and the knowhow to ensure that client expectations are exceeded. Opportunity to observe the profitability of a programme being delivered whilst working closely with delivery teams and clients; as well as having the opportunity to become a Scrum Master and be measured on deliverables and timelines.
Technical Engineering – Through DXC’s support and training, knowledge and expertise will be developed using technical systems, applications and processes. Graduates will work on a variety of technical roles, for example: Wintel Infrastructure Engineering, providing technical support to DXC’s UK Government users.
