Target User Overview
Primary Users
Financial analysts and real estate professionals are the primary users of the Cambridge Finance platform. These individuals are typically involved in high-level performance tasks related to valuation and investment analysis.
Financial analysts require advanced tools and reliable data to make informed decisions that enhance their financial outcomes. These users often work in financial institutions, investment firms, or corporate finance departments. They require accurate and timely data to conduct thorough financial analyses and produce reports that inform investment strategies and decisions.
Similarly, real estate professionals (investors, brokers, appraisers, and consultants who focus on property valuation, market analysis, and investment strategy) need robust tools to assess property values, forecast market trends, and manage investment portfolios effectively.
Administrators
Cambridge Finance team members who will manage the overall system, including user accounts and content, fall under the administrator category. These individuals ensure the platform runs smoothly and meets the needs of its users.
Their needs entail intuitive administrative interfaces for managing users and content efficiently; comprehensive analytics to monitor platform performance and user engagement; and secure access controls to maintain data integrity and privacy.
Future Potential User Groups
In the future, Cambridge Finance may consider offering white-labelled versions of the platform to firms that wish to manage access for their teams. Managers in these firms will require tools to oversee user activity, customise content, and analyse performance.
Delivery Period
Once the contract is awarded, it is anticipated that work will commence in September 2024 and continue no later than August 2025.
The successful organisation or consultant will work closely with Cambridge Finance over this period. This will include regular meetings / updates and access to any platforms the chosen provider utilises which feature issue tracking and cycle planning.

Your proposal should include, in no more than 8 sides of A4 (+ CVs in appendix):
