Startup support

Dittolo is helping employees to manage their mental health and employers to implement actionable strategies to support their staff. Through the help of Digital Pathfinders they were able to create a MVP that allowed the startup to launch in January 2023.

In 2020, after a life changing experience, brothers Duncan and Guy Robertson began to research the impact mental health has in the workplace. They found more than 25% of people in the UK experience a mental health problem of some kind and mental health costs UK employers more than £56b every year. From these alarming statistics Dittolo was born.

Dittolo is a bootstrap startup that helps employees to manage their mental health in a safe and confidential space, whilst providing employers with actionable insights that they can use to design and implement sustainable mental health strategies.

The Support

The brothers contacted Digital Pathfinders to help build the technology behind their idea. The team at Digital Pathfinders was able to help design and develop their Minimal Viable Product (MVP) and turn their vision into a solution they could commercialise. Dittolo were able to rapidly scale their development and in January 2023, they launched their MVP.

Guy Robertson, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dittolo, about the support provided:

"My advice to any founders who have a great idea but maybe don’t have the technical background is talk to the team at Digital Pathfinders. They will help realise an ambition which you might otherwise not have been able to deliver on your own. That’s what they’re there for: to help people with vision, commitment and drive but without a technical background to start a business and get it off the ground."
