Eco Steam wanted to create an app that allowed customers to easily book their service whilst freeing up time spent on customer services. They contacted Digital Pathfinders for support with digital marketing and received help to develop a wireframe they could share with designers.

Launched in 2020, Eco Steam Ltd was created by husband and wife duo, Temur and Rachael Kuronboev, after realising that Temur had a common allergy to household European dust mites. In their quest to use sustainable cleaning solutions that didn't negatively impact allergens nor harm the environment they soon discovered steam cleaning.

As their idea began to grow Temur and Rachael knew they wanted to do more marketing, but their resources were stretched, so they contacted Digital Pathfinders for some help.

The Support

The Digital Pathfinders team helped Eco Steam to identify what was needed in order to grow their organisation. Pathfinders helped Eco Steam to create a wireframe for an app alongside helping to create a clear brief that could be handed over to designers. Eco Steam have now grown to a team of four and are currently testing their app.
